I have the same problem with my 97 Sea Rayder F16 120XR. It seems a lot of people do, but no solution I could find. I have to turn 1/4 right to go straight and I can see the jet is shooting right so it is following the steering trying to compensate for the boat trying to go left . So the steering itself seems to be working correctly.I got to ask, has anyone gotten a 16 foot sea rayder up to 65 mph? I working at doing a new power head in one. leaning doing a 225 pro max ish power head, I've also looking at doing a place diverter for it. but that will cost more than the power head. $2000 last I looked and its from over seas where that race sport jets in sprint boats.960 W.
