From what I've seen the most optimized sorcadin seems to be 6 in paladin and 6 in storm sorcerer, maybe draconic sorcerer. For palalock it seems you just need at least 5 in warlock and 5 in paladin (to stack extra attacks), the last two levels seem to be preference.
