Once they show up in your city they scan it as "out for delivery" even though it might be a few days before it is actually dropped off.They delivered it to the wrong house. 3 houses down. I had called them and they said they did deliver it. And they had GPS confirmation. Anyways I got the package from the neighbor. And Ontrac actually sent a person to my house about the missing package. I told them we found it.
