The map itself is fairly small, have a lot of random tat everywhere and I quite like it. However, the amount of PMCs on this map is just nuts. In nearly every game I spawn, within 5s I hear movement ... Is it a bad idea to scav ground zero? It's not, but the map isn't as lucrative as, say, Lighthouse/Reserve/Streets. It's small enough to not take too long, you can kill PMCs for karma or take the co-op extract. The loot, while not as good as other prime scavving maps, is good enough to make it worthwhile to loot some rooms before extracting.You can also use the SPT-AKI Configurator . There is a setting for Bots, USEC/BEAR spawn percent, scav raiders, number of PMC to replace scavs etc. I think Fins AI Tweaks is the best for PMC spawns and Lua's Spawn Rework in close second. I'd recommend trying one at a time and mess around with the config until you feel comfortable 🤷♂️. Ground Zero. Ground Zero is a starting map for low-level PMCs. It's concidered to be for beginners because of two reasons: 1) All starting quests are done here. 2) It is restricted to level 19 and below. As of January 2024 you can't start a raid on Ground Zero on your PMC when he reached level 20, though Scav is still an option (more below).
