Regards.long story short it started with low fuel press>fouled plugs/wires > MAF bad > FPR bad. i fixed the low fuel pressure with a missing o-ring in the fuel pump assembly, the wires and plugs probably got bad from running rich for too long and the MAF was just plain dirty.
