THE ISSUE, the insulation on the wires to the connector at the valve cover, rear, drivers side was brittle and cracked. Hey guys I’ve had the p1391 and p1393 codes on before and one other code. The relay was not getting power through to glow plug side. Jumped it with screwdriver in 30 degree weather and it fired right up.
