Lowe's evidently works exclusively with a sham of a company called Keller Interiors. It appears to be national and offers franchises throughout the country. Two days prior to the install, Keller called to say they had a cancellation and could move up our install date. I did NOT have any of the issues or concerns mentioned in any of these reviews. I purchased about 750 square feet of LVT and Bamboo wood for stairs from Lowes, with Keller being the installers. Once all of the material was delivered, I received a call from Keller to confirm that everything was delivered.
