On offense, the QB and offensive line starters stay in but only backups are in at HB, WR, and TE. On defense, the starters at MLB, CB1, and FS stay in, but everything else gets replaced with backups. I have progressive fatigue turned off. Tried various fatigue slider settings, still not changing anything. Auto Sub settings haven't been touched.
