I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with Multi ...I can RECEIVE them, but when I send, it says “Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active” This happened almost immediately after switching from the Unlimited Plan, to the basic one (however, my current plan is still good for another week…and that shouldn’t affect it either way)I am not able to send or recieve any SMS. When I send a message I get this response: "Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active." The same response is given to anyone who tries to SMS me. I am really frustrated because support has not been able to assist me and it seems like they are just trying to get me to go away.1 reset my network/wifi and bluetooth (multiple times) 2 restarted my phone (many times) 3 updated google messages (the phone's default messaging app) 4 checked for system or software updates (there are none) 5 turned on airplane mode for 60 seconds and off. 6 turned data and wifi on and off.Aug 2, 2021. --.
