Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box. Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem. Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON. First, remove any splitters between the modem and the cable entry, and restart the modem to measure the signals. Next, move the modem to the cable entry point to see if you can bring the signal up. If you are still below -10 dBmV downstream level at the cable entry point, you'll either need an amplifier inline or a tech visit. Download the older version and extract it. Then just follow the manual firmware update process from the manual. Use the version you downloaded. After you downgrade the firmware, factory reset the router and reinstall it.The absence of the NETGEAR CM2000 from the Xfinity list of recommended devices for the Next Gen Speed Tier may simply be a temporary situation, while Xfinity continues to rollout its multi-gig deployment in more Next Generation markets. You signal is a little hot (to high) but you don't have detected errors in the line. but your logs indicate quite a few errors. I'd check your line for kinks, damage, old/bad/loose/cheap connectors and replace them. Remove splitters/amplifiers from the line as well.
