I unplugged power to the bottom box which is interface link and unplugged white cord from the white interface protocol adapter. Nothing changes. The light on the white adapter is red. What can I do ?The screenlogic connect software can see the adapter however when i try to start the software it shows no signs of actually being connected ie temp and everything is 0 or no. ...
