There is a talent that allows you to deal +4% damage and +2% lucky shot chance for every blade summoned for 8 seconds. If you have those, you don't even need to build stacks of Blade Heart anymore. If you have both maxed, you just get at least 30 flying swords every 2 seconds without ever needing to build stacks.
