There is just no purpose in shooting .410 rifled slugs in a rifled .45 caliber barrel. The slug never gets a "seal" coming out of the barrel and they tend to "wobble" downrange. Not accurate and they only weigh around 90 grains. Max load for a 225 grain jacketed bullet is only 7.5 grain.
