About a year ago the Check Engine/Emmisions system message popped up. the VSA Inop would light intermittently. I took it to my mechanic and he cleared the codes w/ an agreement to bring it back if the warning lights came on again. Oil is clean & full. The CEL & VTM-4 light randomly came on with code P3400. The car feels low on power and shudders above 55 mph. The ECO light also doesn't turn on anymore. My impression is that several systems work together and a problem in one system can cause another to misbehave also. You can swap the bank 1 and bank 2 sensors with eachother to see if code switches to other bank if so you know sensor is problem if not there is a oil pressure issue.
